Terms of use and booking.

• You can book online, by WhatsApp, by phone or in the salon. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message.
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten the service or rebook you, so the next client is not delayed.
• We may occasionally need to change your barber or time. We will tell you as early as we can and offer an alternative.

Please cancel or reschedule as early as you can, ideally 24 hours before your appointment, through your confirmation link, WhatsApp or phone. It frees the slot for another client.

• Prices are shown in AED on our website and booking pages and are the full price you pay, with no taxes or charges added. We may update prices; the price confirmed at booking applies.
• Payment is due after your service, by card or cash.
• Gift cards, packages and memberships follow the terms shown at purchase.

Please tell your barber or therapist about any allergies, skin conditions or sensitivities before your service. We may decline a treatment if we believe it is unsafe for you.

If you are not happy with a service, tell us within 7 days and we will put it right where we reasonably can.

The content, photos and branding on barberhood.ae belong to Barberhood or are used with permission. Do not copy them without written consent. The site is provided as is; we aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim is limited to the price of the service concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE federal laws applicable there. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
